For nearly two decades, I’ve worked with individuals and families facing challenges such as anxiety, depression, OCD, trauma, and life transitions. I bring both clinical training and lived wisdom to my practice, along with a passion for helping people find new ways to navigate stress, relationships, and personal growth. In addition to my therapy work, I’ve created workshops for parents and teens and written extensively on topics like family dynamics, mental health, and coping strategies.
As a family therapist, I see each person as part of a larger system of connections. I help clients recognize how these relationships shape their lives and support them in building healthier patterns. My approach blends cognitive behavioral therapy with family systems therapy, always focused on helping clients uncover their strengths, challenge self-limiting beliefs, and create lasting change.
I believe therapy should feel supportive, empowering, and even inspiring. Whether I’m working with an individual or an entire family, I strive to provide a safe space where clients feel understood and equipped to grow. Outside of my work, I’m a marathon runner, lifelong reader, and someone who deeply values curiosity, learning, and the resilience of the human spirit.
