I work with adults and families navigating OCD, PTSD, anxiety, depression, substance use, and life transitions. My background includes a master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy from Southern Connecticut State University, along with extensive training in mindfulness, meditation, and emotional intelligence. With more than a decade of regular meditation practice, I bring a calm and grounded presence to therapy that helps clients feel supported and at ease.
Before joining the Behavioural Wellness Clinic, I worked at Fellowship Place in New Haven, counseling and facilitating groups for adults living with chronic mental illness. That experience gave me deep respect for the resilience people show in the face of daily challenges, and it continues to inform the way I approach my work today.
My therapy style is collaborative and integrative, drawing from CBT, Acceptance and Commitment Therapy, and systemic approaches. I value compassion, honesty, humor, and belonging, and I strive to create a safe space where clients can explore their struggles openly. I believe that when people feel truly seen and supported, they gain confidence in their ability to heal, adapt, and grow—leading to greater meaning, creativity, and authenticity in their lives.
