I work with adults and youth (12+) in both Ontario and Connecticut, offering therapy in English and French. My approach is collaborative and compassionate, drawing from person-centred, narrative, and cognitive-behavioral therapies. I specialize in OCD, PTSD, racial trauma, anxiety, bereavement, and psychedelic integration therapy, always with the goal of helping clients feel safe, understood, and empowered to make meaningful change.
Before becoming a therapist, I spent over a decade working in human-centered design and user experience, leading hundreds of interviews and workshops focused on how people interact with technology. That background shapes my perspective as a therapist—I’m especially interested in the ways contemporary technology and culture influence mental health and wellbeing.
I also bring experience from my work in plant medicine traditions, including serving in the Santo Daime Ayahuasca community and helping organize Canada’s first national conference on ayahuasca. I care deeply about integrating awareness, cultural sensitivity, and ethical practice into therapy. Above all, I strive to create a grounded, compassionate space where clients can explore challenges and discover new ways of moving forward.
