As Client Intake Manager at the Behavioural Wellness Clinic, I help make sure clients feel supported from their very first interaction with us. I handle intakes, scheduling, and payments, and I also train other administrative staff. I help make sure the client is matched to the perfect clinician for their needs. My goal is to create a welcoming and seamless experience so clients can focus on their care and healing.
I studied Biology at the University of Connecticut, with a minor in Physiology, Neurology, and Brain Science, and I’m currently pursuing my master’s in physician assistant studies at Sullivan University. Every day at the clinic strengthens my passion for healthcare and patient support.
Outside of work, I enjoy spending time with my husband and two year old son, traveling, and spending time with the Lord. I feel fortunate to be part of a team that values both compassion and excellence in care, and I love contributing to the supportive environment we create for our clients.
