I believe therapy should give people the tools to live a rich and meaningful life. I love listening to people’s stories and walking alongside them as they navigate challenges, offering strategies that help them face obstacles with greater confidence and resilience. I work with both adolescents and adults, supporting clients through stress, anxiety, depression, grief, relationship difficulties, and life transitions.
I specialize in treating OCD and related anxiety disorders, often using Exposure and Response Prevention (ERP) as a core approach. At the same time, I draw from a range of evidence-based methods—including ACT, CBT, EFT, and mindfulness—to tailor therapy to each person’s needs. My style is always client-centered, with a focus on building a strong, supportive relationship that makes space for growth and healing.
I’m especially passionate about de-stigmatizing mental health in minority communities and working with youth and people of color. My goal is to create a safe, empathetic environment where clients feel understood, respected, and empowered to move forward. Above all, I want my clients to leave therapy with greater self-acceptance, strength, and the skills to live life more fully.
