Tamara provides compassionate, evidence-based support to individuals navigating life’s challenges. She creates a safe, collaborative, and non-judgmental environment where clients feel heard, understood, and empowered to explore their experiences. Tamara supports clients who are experiencing anxiety, depression, relationship difficulties, communication challenges, or navigating significant life transitions.

Tamara has completed specialized training in the Gottman Method for Couples Therapy (Levels 1 and 2), as well as advanced training in treating betrayal and trauma within relationships. Tamara is further specializing in the assessment and treatment of Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), allowing her to provide evidence-based care for individuals living with OCD and related disorders.
